How it Works
WCJC can perform microneedling on virtually any skin type—to help optimize a variety of results.
Before we perform microneedling, we first conduct a thorough consultation to discuss your skincare routine, medical history, and your primary areas of concern. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions and hear about post-care to help maintain your results. During your microneedling session, our staff will first apply a numbing cream to the area to ensure your total comfort. After this has taken effect, we will carefully and evenly slide the Rejuvapen® across the skin, the needles of which create “micro-wounds” that evoke the body’s natural healing process.
The procedure is not suitable for peeling or laser resurfacing, such as areas near the eyes. It’s also important to note that while the therapy is well-tolerated by most of our patients, you may experience redness for 2 to 3 days after your session.
