My Experience
As an executive at Women’s Clinic of Johnson County, Dr. Rips work hard toward our goals of providing the best healthcare for women across the metro. She also serves as president of the Women’s Clinic of Johnson County’s parent company, MAPS.
This experience has helped her to help the clinic be successful.
As an OB/GYN, she feels it is a privilege to care for her patients. “I feel very lucky to have spent so many years doing something I love. It has allowed me to often find myself treating multiple generations of the same family, and I love getting to catch up with my patients every year,” she said.
Patients find that her experience has shaped Dr. Rips into a reliable and calm patient advocate. She looks beyond the healthcare trends and short-term gains to help guide patients through almost any type of OB/GYN care.
To joy of working for Women’s Clinic of Johnson County is that I am joined by a group of doctors I admire, respect, and value. These are women who bring the same focus and passion I do to our work. I, and my colleagues, are here to guide you through your health decisions in a caring, nonjudgmental way.
I view the opportunity to participate in women’s healthcare as a privilege.
My role is to provide current information, technology and service in a supportive environment that allows each woman to make educated, individualized decisions.
